Your information will be processed on the basis of Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). According to the legal basis, Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we have the legitimation to contact the visitors of this website to our offers and to answer their enquiries.
Any visitor has the right to object to the processing of personal data. From the time of the objection,  we will no longer process your data transmitted via the registration or contact form and will delete it immediately, unless it is data that is necessary for the execution of the contract, including the defense or enforcement of legal claims and/or are subject to legal retention periods.

 

Access data:

If you only use this website to inform yourself and do not provide any data, then we will only process the data required to display the website on the device you are using. These are in particular:

The server log files are kept for a maximum of 7 days and then deleted. This data is not merged with other data sources. The data is stored for security reasons, e.g. in order to be able to clarify cases of abuse, diagnose problems with our server or to help identify you. If data has to be revoked for reasons of proof, they are excluded from deletion until the incident is finally resolved. The legal basis for the processing of this data is legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6, parahraph 1, subsection 1, letter f, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in order to enable the presentation of the website in principle.   6. Right to object: A data subject who provide a Data Controller with personal data may object, at any time, to the data processing on a number of grounds as set out under GDPR without needing to justify his or her decision (Article 21 DSGVO)

  7. Right not to be subject of automated individual decision-making: A data subject may request not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, if such profiling produces a legal effect concerning the data subject or similarly significantly affects him or her /Article 22 DSGVO)

  8. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with an applicable supervisory authority; in particular in the EU Member State of his or her habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data relating to him or her infringes GDPR  (Article 77 DSGVO).

The legitimate interest in data processing lies in the optimization of this website, the analysis of the use of the website and the adaptation of the content. The interests of the users are adequately safeguarded by pseudonymization.

Google LLC. is certified according to the so-called Privacy Shield (list entry here) and guarantees an adequate level of data protection on this basis. The data sent and linked to cookies, user IDs (e.g. user ID) or advertising IDs will be automatically deleted after 50 months. The deletion of data whose retention period has been reached is done automatically once a month.

The collection by Google Analytics can be prevented by the page visitor adjusting the cookie settings for this website. The collection and storage of the IP address and the data generated by cookies can also be objected to at any time with effect for the future.
