I exclusively use ceremonial organic raw cocoa for the ceremonies. Currently I work with the following varieties:
Wild Cacao from the bolivian amazon. This unique and endemic species has ist origin in pre-comumbian times and grows without human intervention.
Raw cacao from Bali, Indonesia. This cacao grows in organic permaculture and has a fullbodied chocolate aroma.
Raw Cacao from peruvian amazon. This Cacao is cultivated by smallholder farmers and grows in suistanable agriculture.
All cacaos are produced according to organic standards. They are not roasted, vegan and gluten free.
