Pilates is an effective training method in which specific muscle activation, combined with breathing, creates a flow of movement. In this systematic method we focus primarily on strengthening the pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and back muscles in order to counteract imbalances. By activating the core muscles with each movement, you will gain a new sense of body awareness, strenght and stability.

All my classes are based on the original method developed in accordance with Joseph H. Pilates. My teaching leaves room for variation and modification, so that every students gets the best out of themselves. Whether you are brand new to pilates or struggling with physical limitations and imbalances or are a lifetime practitioner - pilates is a challenging but safe method to get more quality in your everyday movement. With many years of teaching experience and a completed 100hrs Matwork training, I offer a safe, qualified and supportive surrounding for your pilates experience!
