I am rooted but i flow.
Zoe Roots stands for the reunion with our deepest roots. It´s within our nature to move, breathe and explore. To honor this inner nature I offer courses that connect you with your deepest self. By exploring movement, art and nature in an authentic way, you´ll gain the ability to operate in the present and follow your intuition.
I use the tools of ancient Yoga wisdom and effective Pilates training to create a greater body mind connection. Sacred Cacao Ceremonies crack your heart open and lead you to a journey of bliss. In our Roots workshops we will dive deeper into the precious knowledge of human body, nature and art.
No matter where you´re at in life, our calling is to provide you a peaceful foundation upon which your seed of exploration can grow and evolve.

Irini Hatzipanagiotou
As a Greek German soul with a spirit of adventure, my identity was never based on one thing. I am a photographer, yoga teacher, waterwoman, ceramic artist, little shaman, surfer, writer, daughter, sister, friend and nature lover. We are what we live for and thats the message I want to share through my work.
Do you want to learn more about my qualifications?
I see life as an interplay of giving and receiving inspiration and love. The classes I teach, are based on my knowledge, experience and empathy for my surrounding. As a qualified Yoga Alliance member, I received my teaching certifications in India, Costa Rica and Germany and completed my 500hrs YTT. During a long journey around Africa and South America, I gained more experience in yoga and healing rituals. Today I feel honored to share my love for movement and art all over the world. Based in Stuttgart but with a heart in the whole wide world, Zoe Roots offers workshops and ceremonies wherever travels and circumstances lead.
